Catalytic Capital in Practice: Building the Capital Bridge to Scale
As impact ventures move from early validation towards growth, access to the right kind of capital becomes critical. Many organisations emerging from accelerator programmes are on the cusp of entering new markets, geographies, or population segments, yet often encounter a persistent gap between early catalytic support and larger-scale investment.
This Learning Circle will explore how small-to-mid sized catalytic funding, when intentionally paired with follow-on capital, can be structured as bridge financing across time, supporting ventures to scale, without losing momentum and impact focus.
The session will be grounded on 100x Impact’s evolving follow-on capital structure, which has been intentionally deployed globally, and more targeted across Southeast Asia over the past year. It invites insights from practitioners grappling with similar challenges, collectively exploring what it takes to build effective capital bridges that enable scale of impact.
