DESCRIPTION:Corporate social impact practitioners face a difficult challenge: their resources (budgets\, personnel and timeline) are small relative to the scale and complexity of issues involved\, but the expectations from their stakeholders are high\, including the corporate organization which sees itself as a champion of brand purpose and driver of impact. \nGiven this challenge\, how can corporate impact practitioners drive the kind of the impact that is realistic given their resources but also in alignment with the organization’s business and brand?  \nThis is the topic we will be discussing in our upcoming Learning Circle featuring Gillian Pearl\, Founder and CEO\, of Pearl Consulting. Pearl Consulting is a social impact consultancy and its vision is to work towards creating a fair\, safe and inclusive world where opportunity is a right and not a privilege. Gillian leads the team to conceptualize and deliver social impact programs and services\, and will be sharing her insights and experiences from working with corporate organizations on their social impact strategy.
