Conversations on Corporate Social Impact (CSI) often revolve around external stakeholders and beneficiaries. And while they are crucial, the support of internal stakeholders, which is less often discussed, is equally critical to the success and sustainability of new CSI initiatives. Gaining the support of internal stakeholders is far from easy, and attempts at innovating corporate impact could be met with indifference, confusion and even resistance. So how can CSI practitioners craft a communication strategy that increases awareness, gains support, and earns champions internally for their initiatives? Â
This is the challenge we will be exploring in our upcoming AVPN Academy Learning Circle featuring Liza Green. Having held the role of Head, Corporate Citizenship and Executive Director, Credit Suisse APAC Foundation until the beginning of this year, Liza is now taking the position of Head, Corporate Citizenship and Executive Director, Credit Suisse Americas Foundation. In APAC, Liza has been responsible for overseeing regional grant-making and the management and impact assessment of the Credit Suisse philanthropy portfolio, working with local country management and foundations in multiple locations across Asia. Liza will share her insights on storytelling for impact in the Learning Circle, reflecting on her work in Asia. Â
