As the adage goes, “if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. Although the latter is the desirable approach, CSI leaders are often faced with the challenge of having to go “fast” with programmatic timelines, while working with multiple community stakeholders that require trust building, which may entail a measure of “going slow”. How can this tension be managed, and what implications does it have for CSI design and implementation?
