The social impact sector thrives on connection, yet even the most promising relationships can succumb to “partnership fatigue” when meaningful dialogue doesn’t lead to clear results. While trust is the essential foundation of any working relationship, alignment is the engine that transforms shared vision into collective action.

This session explores how to identify, qualify, and execute concrete collaborative opportunities. It explores why high-trust conversations, while valuable, sometimes struggle to transition into project-based reality.
