Implementing effective and sustainable solutions to social challenges requires a collaborative and inclusive approach to grantmaking. This is the idea behind trust-based philanthropy, which reimagines the relationships between donors, nonprofits, and communities to emphasize co-creation in the philanthropic process. Yet, effectively including diverse perspectives within the grantmaking process can be a complex task.
In this invite-only Learning Circle, we will discuss the key challenges of co-creation and collaboration in trust-based philanthropy. The Learning Circle will feature Antara Lahiri, Director Asia-Pacific and Europe, Micron Gives, who will be sharing her experience as a contributor in the AVPN STEM Pooled Fund. Participants are encouraged to join in by sharing their own experiences and thoughts in this supportive closed-door discussion.
