AVPN Global Leadership Academy (GLA) is thrilled to invite you to our upcoming leadership workshop and convening in November in Mombasa, Kenya.

This will be our sixth GLA workshop.

Join us in a 3-day immersive leadership development experience that focuses on embracing diversity, inclusion, uncertainty, and complexity in a power-neutralised space. The workshop will bring together a diverse and inclusive small group of participants. The group is composed in such a way that each participant will bring a unique perspective to the room.

Through the GLA experience, you will become a part of a global community of impact leaders seeking to amplify underrepresented voices and enabling localised solutions for SDG challenges. The GLA seeks to empower leaders across Asia, Africa and Latin America to learn from each other, utilising their own narratives and frameworks.
